Introduced in 2025, our new podcast has gained traction and we’ll be continuing to release short episodes where we, the creators, have real conversations about fitness, habits, and lifestyle. We pull back the curtain on how it looks to adapt our goals in busy seasons, build habits, and ultimately make our health and fitness a priority as humans living full lives. Expect real and raw conversations (and likely a dose of humor) that you don’t get in a 30-minute workout video or community post. We will also answer common questions we’re seeing directly from you!

Each month, we will be posting a new episode under our Wellness Videos section, and until we find a permanent home this page will also serve as a jumping off-point for our episodes. We are excited to bring this new resource. And as always, please tell us what you think and share ideas on what you want to hear.
