Today’s program release is extra special, because it’s our first program built entirely out of exclusive FB Plus videos! FB Fit 30 follows the theme of two of our most popular previous programs: FB Fit and FB 30. Each day, you'll get to choose between a 35- or 45-minute workout, allowing you to make this program work for your schedule and daily energy needs. 

You can get this program through your FB Plus Subscription or through a FB Plus Pass — new signups are on sale for 20% off right now! If you already have an active subscription or FB Plus Pass, you’ll find the new program already waiting for you on the “My Programs” page. 

The predominant training type in FB Fit 30 is strength training, but it also includes HIIT, functional training, plyometrics, Pilates, fundamentals, balance and coordination, stretching and yoga, recovery cardio, and more.
