Community challenge schedule!

Ok. *deep breath* here we go again.

I’ve already tried this once, and right as I was attaching the second to last video, it went to the actual video and erased everything I had written.😫 I’m trying not to lose my mind right now, so let’s try this once more...

I’ve had the schedule planned out, but I had an idea of doing each day based on the landscape/scenery. (Mountains, beaches, etc.) Only problem is that everyday was pretty much total body (although it might be anyway) and I had an extra video, and couldn’t figure out where Daniels balance routine would fit in. I’ll just go ahead a show what I’ve come up with, but please let me know if you have any better ideas, questions, concerns... anything! I’d love to hear and change up anything if necessary. Ok, here the plan so far.

Day 1: Total/lower hiit + lower toning and core

Day 7: Rest

The only day I was kinda worried about was day 4. I’m not sure if that would be too much after day 3, but I guess we can modify or swap out exercises according to how we feel. Please let me know if you have any input! I’d love to know! This is our community challenge, so feel free to share your opinions! Otherwise, plug these into your calendars, and get ready for our #ScenicFBCommunityChallenge starting Monday, December 10! I’ll try to post everyday, but just in case I can’t... you might wanna go ahead and schedule these yourself.

Alright, y’all! I’m so tired, but I’m excited to do this challenge with you fellow blenders! I think it’s so cool that we can do these parties and challenges together all over the world! Thanks to Kelli and Daniel who have made it possible, and all the wonderful members who make it the kind of community it is!

P.s.s. Guys, Raven had an idea about day 4 and 5. I think that may be a good idea, so go read her comment and I’ll leave a little voting thing. All you’ll have to do is swap day 4 and 5.
