That's a true story on how I burn 1000 Calories 😆
You guys! You have made this 1000 Calorie Workout Party a smashing success, and it's just barely started!! You guys are amazing, and you're all kicking butt with these workouts! I can't thank you enough for joining in, and making this whole thing possible! I really want to do this again in the future, because it's been so much fun!!

After my 1000 Calorie #WorkoutCompleteForK&D yesterday, today's going to be an active rest day with some yardwork, housework, and working in the garden. And more stretching would be good too lol.
Then I'm going have braised beef cheeks with polenta for dinner! So excited!
