I got it done! I woke up this morning and it was pouring down rain. This means residual ankle pain after a really bad sprain last year. I had to do some extra stretching before I started, and walked around a little to warm it up, but I made it through!!! I thought about K and D, how they always say there's no harm in extra stretching. . . lol.

I pushed myself really hard this morning. I had to modify some of the HIIT moves though because of the ankle. I had an active rest day Thursday and a real rest day yesterday, so I guess I had the energy. The entire second half I was dripping with sweat. I bumped up my weights on a few arm exercises. . . I was feeling really ambitious, but we'll see how sore I am tomorrow morning! lol.

My treat for completing this workout is a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. I used to love these when I was in college and I haven't had one in years. I've been eyeballing them in the store for a few weeks and finally bought them yesterday.
