I did it! That was sooo much fun - thank you for making it a party, because I might not have tried it otherwise.
It was mostly fine without weights, but I'd like to try again with them. I really struggled to make the deadlifts count. I guess some exercises work better than others!
I love someone's idea I heard of using the 1000 cal works as fitness tests between programs, and I think I might give that a go too.
