(A) Today was πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ Mass Day 8 (Upper Body)

πŸ”΄ The equipment in this video was a "bench" to do the exercises; however, you do not need it. You can do, the same excerises in a standing position & staggered stance position, bent over position & modify the excerises, that target the same muscle groupπŸ’ͺ.

πŸ’ͺ Standing Position, I used Resistance band loops ( light & medium weight)

πŸ’ͺStaggered stance position, I used resistance band w/ handles (10 lb & 20 lb)

πŸ’ͺBent over position, I used Resistance band w/ handles (20 lb & 30 lb)

πŸ”ΊοΈ You will feel the burn, when you do it in a "slow" pace; especially, the last 3 to 4 reps was a struggle πŸ˜–
