๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ Mass Day 5 Complete โœ”

Today was Lower Body ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ & HIIT ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

๐Ÿ”ต My knees does not agree w/ HIIT๐Ÿ˜•, I modified it, to LIIT๐Ÿ™‚

โญ• I used a kettlebell and a medium loop band for this workout & burned 198 cal๐Ÿ’ฅ

๐Ÿ”ด Since, this workout required a lot of energy๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ, I made turmeric tea ๐Ÿต , last night. Turmeric helps with energy and is anti- inflammatory. I actually drunk some for the past "2" days; because, my muscle were burning๐Ÿ”ฅ this week from the workouts. I will drink some Aswanganda, this weekend; because, my bones had a good workout this week.

I knew the Mass program was going to a burner ๐Ÿ’ฃ, that's why I will do Mass, every other week. I will do only Yoga next week, so my body can rest๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ

I also listened to music to keep ๐ŸŽต๐ŸŽถ, helped me keep up the pace throughout the workout

So far, I like ๐Ÿ˜€ the Mass ๐Ÿ’ช program ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
