Today was Lower Body 🏋️♀️ & HIIT 🏃♀️
🔵 My knees does not agree w/ HIIT😕, I modified it, to LIIT🙂
⭕ I used a kettlebell and a medium loop band for this workout & burned 198 cal💥
🔴 Since, this workout required a lot of energy🏃♀️, I made turmeric tea 🍵 , last night. Turmeric helps with energy and is anti- inflammatory. I actually drunk some for the past "2" days; because, my muscle were burning🔥 this week from the workouts. I will drink some Aswanganda, this weekend; because, my bones had a good workout this week.
I knew the Mass program was going to a burner 💣, that's why I will do Mass, every other week. I will do only Yoga next week, so my body can rest🧘♀️
I also listened to music to keep 🎵🎶, helped me keep up the pace throughout the workout
So far, I like 😀 the Mass 💪 program 👍👍👍
