So, I did some of the Upper Body workout, sitting on a chair

1) 3 lb dumbbells (couple of those exercise, I did it unilateral/single arm)
2) Light loop bands
3) Medium Flat bands
π΄ My arms, burning, the last 4 to reps from each exercise, using bands
