Today was Upper Body ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

Mass Day 4 summary, discuss dropping weight down a notch. Daniel & Kelli, is absolutely right, Mass "Day 1 thru Day 3," will burn๐Ÿ”ฅ your muscles๐Ÿ’ชand you will feel it the next day

So, I did some of the Upper Body workout, sitting on a chair

๐Ÿ”ต I used:

1) 3 lb dumbbells (couple of those exercise, I did it unilateral/single arm)

2) Light loop bands

3) Medium Flat bands

๐Ÿ”ด My arms, burning, the last 4 to reps from each exercise, using bands
