Today was cardio and a core workout

I was too, "sore" (DOMS πŸ˜–) to do the cardio 🚫, after I completed Mass day 1 & 2 πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ (Upper & Lower Body).

I just did the "core" workout "twice" & a hour of yoga πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ with a Yoga Wheel, helps to ease tension on your back and muscles
