Today was cardio and a core workout
I was too, "sore" (DOMS π) to do the cardio π«, after I completed Mass day 1 & 2 ποΈββοΈ (Upper & Lower Body).
I just did the "core" workout "twice" & a hour of yoga π§ββοΈ with a Yoga Wheel, helps to ease tension on your back and muscles
