🏋️‍♀️ Mass Day 3 Complete ✔

Today was cardio and a core workout

I was too, "sore" (DOMS 😖) to do the cardio 🚫, after I completed Mass day 1 & 2 🏋️‍♀️ (Upper & Lower Body).

I just did the "core" workout "twice" & a hour of yoga 🧘‍♀️ with a Yoga Wheel, helps to ease tension on your back and muscles
