Mass Day 2 Lower Body

🔵This workout contain a lot of deadlifts & squats so I had to do some modifications because of my back & sciatica issues.

(A) I did this workout; before, since this program is about Mass. I mixed it up a little bit to get an extra burn🔥, I did unilateral leg exercises, such as "one leg deadlifts"

⭕ I used:

1) Kettlebells

2) Bands w/ handles

3) Bands loops for the thighs & butt

🔴 I still feel the DOMS from the Upper Body workout yesterday 😖
