I started, the 1st "Mass" workout today, for the upper body, & my arms 💪 was struggling every time, I completed the last "3 reps" from each exercise.
I used "resistance bands" for the Upper Body: Don"t knock it; until, you try it. You will feel the 🔥burn
I did a Cardio walk; before, I did the workout
I burned: "210" cal 💥
I will do the Mass Program every other week, so, it will take "2 months" to complete; because, I gotta do yoga🧘♀️; in-between, the Mass workouts
