Week 3 🎉 Makeshift Mass/Strong Program!

Hey everyone!

Hope you all are doing well. Posting Week 3 of this 6-day split program (based off of the photo above) for anyone and everyone interested in following along (Shoutout to Kimberlee!! 💛).

I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it, but I’ve been enjoying it so far. Week 2 was a little wonky for me because I was traveling and got the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine yesterday (so...currently on my couch with my husband STRUGGLINGGG 😂😅). Had to make a few changes, but overall—really enjoying this split!

Week 3

Day 1: Back/Biceps
