I actually reversed the order of the main and EC, and for some unknown reason, I added my ankle weights. 😳 Oh, my. As Ivett says - the three Roman Centurions (Gluteus Maximus, Medius and Minimus) have worked hard. Lucky us, they can rest, as we have no more battles for them on today's or tomorrow's schedule. 🔥😂

And once again, I enjoyed a longer cooldown. I love me some extra stretches, especially for the lower body. 😁 No idea, how I've never done this one before. It's OK, it's in my favorites now. 😉
