I actually reversed the order of the main and EC, and for some unknown reason, I added my ankle weights. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Oh, my. As Ivett says - the three Roman Centurions (Gluteus Maximus, Medius and Minimus) have worked hard. Lucky us, they can rest, as we have no more battles for them on today's or tomorrow's schedule. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜‚

And once again, I enjoyed a longer cooldown. I love me some extra stretches, especially for the lower body. ๐Ÿ˜ No idea, how I've never done this one before. It's OK, it's in my favorites now. ๐Ÿ˜‰
