For those who already suffer with me through various pulses, what do we have on today's menu?

3. WEDNESDAY'S CORE

So, total-body warm-up, totally felt like a workout to me. 😅 On the bright side, my body feels ready to tackle anything! OK, not anything, 'cause when D said: "...if you want more punishment, start over and do it again.", I was like: "Nope, not even a little bit." 😉😇

However, I'm obviously a bit crazy, so I attacked my abs with another workout. Well, my abs hate me right now. I guess, no laughter for today... or tomorrow. 😳😂 And also note to myself - focus on engaging core more intentionally for non-core workouts.

Cooldown did its trick for me, but I really didn't like hearing D's robotic voice. However, it did make me realize how far they come from their start and that makes me very happy. 😁
