Overview

FB Burn Round 2 is here! This 4 Week Program uses a smart combination of strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), functional training, Pilates, cardio, stretching and more. There are no repeat workouts in this entire program; you'll be doing a different workout video every single day. Workout video lengths range between 33-45 minutes (38 minutes on average), 5 days a week with an optional 6th day recovery workout that focuses on flexibility.

You can complete this program at any pace you like, as many times as you like (at no extra charge). Our updated online workout calendar lets you customize the program's pace to work for your needs, and you'll get the satisfaction of tracking your progress by checking "Workout Complete" after each day's workout!

Similar to our very popular 4 Week FB Sweat, this new FB Burn Program provides you with an optional Extra Credit Challenge, 3-4 times a week, that allows you to bump up the length and intensity of your training session, if you have the extra time and energy.

This program is similar in concept to FB Burn Round 1, but uses different workout videos and challenges. Each round is a standalone program; you can do these programs in any order.

This program is excellent for fat and weight loss, building lean muscle, drastic improvements in body tone, endurance, strength, & flexibility gains. We walk you through the program every step of the way and include a workout & clean eating guide to give you the essentials on how to properly nourish yourself during the program (please note, this is a general guide and not a meal plan).

These workouts are intense but the vast majority of fitness levels have been able to partake in these programs as you are encouraged to go at your own pace and modify whenever necessary - however, this is not a beginner workout program.

Use #FBburn on social media to track your workout sessions, share your progress, find motivation, and connect with people around the world who are following this program.
