What’s Next? Strength Programs & Workouts , Improvement + Educational Shorts, Recovery & Core

Hey, FB Family!

As we finish Muscle & Power, take a moment to appreciate your effort. Maybe you did all 10 workouts, or joined in when you could. No matter how you took part, you still showed up. I hope you learned more about your strength, your training style, and what your body needs.

When a challenge ends, you can feel proud of what you accomplished and still be a little unsure about what comes next. Some of you are ready to keep going. Some may want to slow down. Others may still be deciding.

As we head into the next part of The Bridge Trainer Series, we’ve put together some options from across our extensive library. Explore these Community favorites and pick the one that feels right for you right now.

More Strength
If you feel strong and want to keep building, try or revisit one of the challenges that inspired Muscle & Power:

If you prefer a single workout, try one of these Community favorites:

Improvement + Education
You don’t always need a tough workout to make progress. Explore our educational shorts on plateaus, exercise form, mindset, and how to know when to move forward or make changes.

Explore tips on choosing weights, shoulder position, plank form, recovery, and what to do if progress feels slow. Use these as a chance to check in on how you train, not just how often.

Recovery
If your body needs a change of pace, explore our Community favorites on the topic of Recovery:

We also have a new active-recovery workout, Express Upper Body Active Recovery, coming in the first week. Taking an easier day, or even a few, is still a good next step.

Core
If you want to focus more on core strength:

In week two, Nicole will bring you a new Energizing Cardio and Core workout. Erica is also bringing a new Core-Dominant Strength and Pilates workout.

You’ll get more chances to train with Patrice and Erica before they join forces for Strong Many Ways, the next 10-day challenge in The Bridge Trainer Series. Their different training styles let you try more than one way to build strength and make progress.

These suggestions aren’t just another checklist, Team. We see this as an opportunity to highlight Community favorites from across our extensive library. Pick what matches your goals, your schedule, and how you feel right now.

Need More Help?
We’re trying something new, and starting Monday, we’ll open a Community discussion where you can ask us about picking workouts, making changes, recovery, progressing your training, or anything else you’re working on. Send your questions by Tuesday (12-midnight Pacific Standard Time), and we’ll reply with a video answering as many as we can.
