Overview
If you’re in a season where you need short, effective workouts that help you move and feel better without taking up a lot of time, welcome to Mobility Express.
This 5-day series is designed to help you build mobility in a way that feels practical, purposeful, and easy to return to even on busy days. Across the week, you’ll work through short sessions targeting total body mobility, upper back and shoulder mobility, hip mobility, spinal movement, and more - all with an emphasis on active control, body awareness, and moving well.
Who This Is For
This program is for anyone who wants a realistic way to prioritize mobility, especially during seasons when time and energy are limited. If you spend a lot of time sitting, feel stiff through your hips, low back, shoulders, or upper back, or simply want a short routine that helps you move with more freedom and control, you’re in the right place.
Mobility Express can work well as a standalone challenge, a reset week between harder training blocks, or a supplement to your regular strength and cardio workouts. Most of these routines are approachable for a wide range of exercisers, though some sessions may feel more challenging if balance, coordination, or end-range control are areas you’re still building.
What to Expect
You’ll see 5 mobility-focused workouts ranging from 10 to 16 minutes, with a mix of floor-based mobility, no-equipment mobility, upper back and shoulder mobility, hip and low back mobility, and a more advanced mobility flow to finish out the week. Some sessions will feel restorative and grounding, while others may challenge your coordination, balance, and ability to control deeper positions.
You can expect a thoughtful progression across the week, with each day building on the movement patterns and control introduced in earlier sessions.

Equipment Needed
Most of these workouts require little to no equipment. A mat may make floor-based work more comfortable, and certain sessions may use simple props such as a wall, yoga block, or small box depending on the routine. Be sure to check each workout’s description before you begin so you have everything you need set up ahead of time.
Closing Note
I hope this series gives you a practical way to keep showing up for yourself. These routines are short enough to fit into busy days, but purposeful enough to help you feel a meaningful difference in how your body moves.
You can move through this challenge once, repeat it as often as you’d like, or revisit individual sessions whenever your hips, back, shoulders, or overall body feel like they need a little extra attention. However you use it, the goal is simple: help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your movement one short session at a time.
