FB30: Finishing Strong with WEEK #4 of our 30 Day Challenge
Hey Fitness Blender Fam!
It’s officially WEEK 4 of our FB30 30 Day Challengeand I’ve got some encouragement for you but first… If you’re going strong with us, even if you’re a little off schedule, let me know by commenting 30-30!
I know it can feel TOUGH to finish 30 days straight of something. Honestly, sometimes it’s hard for me to stick to 10 day challenges. Life gets chaotic, a kid gets sick, things happen and workouts get pushed back. This happens to me WAY more than you’d probably think.
But, wanna know the one thing that has built my confidence and resilience and self-trust? Following through on my commitment. Even when it takes longer than I want it to. Even when I’m seeing the comment section and others are finishing before me. Even when I’ve rescheduled a workout for the 3rd day in a row. The follow through is where it’s at.
So let this be your sign to finish this challenge or re-engage with this challenge. Remember, it’s not the timeline that matters. What matters is the skills you build on the way to the finish line.
The whole community is cheering you on. Finish strong!
Nicole
