Swing Your Way Into Summer With Our 2-Week FB Kettlebell Blend Challenge!

Hello FB Community!

Today I'm excited to share the release of our newest FB Plus Challenge, and this one’s for our kettlebell fans (or soon-to-be fans) in the community. If you’ve been one of many community members requesting a kettlebell program, this is for YOU!

FB Kettlebell Blend is designed for the intermediate to advanced exerciser who wants to improve functional strength, cardiovascular endurance, power, and overall fitness. Expect for your entire body to be challenged in new ways. If you’re someone who loves dynamic weight lifting that also gets your heart rate up, you’ll love this challenge.

You may be wondering why it’s called kettlebell “blend.” Since most of our kettlebell workouts are a level 4 or 5 out of 5, it wasn’t best practice to program the workouts on back to back days. For that reason, we’ve incorporated active recovery days with an optional workout (ranging from cardio, core, and stretching) to ensure your body is getting adequate recovery between intense kettlebell workouts! 

On your calendar, you’ll have 3 intense kettlebell workouts per week with 2 optional active recovery days to split them up. Feel free to use our options, or choose something similar on the recovery days.

Finally, you’ll need one main piece of equipment: kettlebells! Most of the workouts just require using one kettlebell at a time, but we recommend having a few weight options available, if possible. While we encourage kettlebell use, we know this may not be accessible to everyone. Dumbbells make a good substitute for most exercises.

FB Kettlebell Blend features a mix of FB Plus and Free videos from Daniel, Kelli, Tasha, and Nicole.
