Kelli-Belly Community Challenge Schedule

Mind you, we will work our whole body, not only core - just as FB taught us to do. 😊

Both name and idea came from Blendfriend Ashley, so this mini abs challenge is work of two, and we would like to welcome you all to join! 😁 Scroll down for the schedule and let us know if you like it and if you're joining. The more, the merrier!👌

And although we're trying to wake up/shove off our version of Kelli's belly, "the more, the merrier" goes for our trainers as well. Ergo, we'll work out with both of them every day. 😉

Don't let day titles mislead you, we will work that core and we will feel that core every single day! 😈 Extra credits are completely optional. Also, keep in mind that even if in workouts there isn't any core exercise, you should still engage it - hence the meme.
