I actually tackled the 1000 calorie monster.๐Ÿฅต However, I did this 16' workout from Pulsing Option 2, instead of some of the original HIITing. Ouch! ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜… I will feel that for quite some time, me thinks. There was crying, moaning, and cussing involved. As was laying on the floor. ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜…
