Back after a week struggle

Well, then your in your kitchen, behind your laptop, at the kitchen table on an ordinary chair to work at home. That didn't work out 😏 well for me, just being recovered of back shoulder and arm issues for a year. Running to the osteopath for help wasn't an option, not allowed. So I had to quit FB flex, struggle through the week and headed to the office in the weekend to get my desk screen and chair. Paying attention to posture while working and taking breaks every hour. It helped👍such a relieve. Thought I was sliding right back again to where I was last year.

So I started again today with all these short workouts and took next week off from work.

Upper back still a bit stiff, but that will be solved after the following week. However, this is a lesson to pay attention and do some moving and stretching every hour when working again!
