Daily Check-in: Thursday, October 25th

Hello Blenders!

Here's a pretty sunrise pic from this AM that I'll share with ya today!

I apologize for the lateness of today's check-in--I kind of got distracted!

So, how are you all doing today? Hopefully feeling pretty good? It's almost Friday, afterall! (Or it already is Friday, depending where you are in the world!)

I'm still coughing a touch, but that's to be expected. I got my lower body workout done yesterday, and man!, did it burn! It's this one if you're interested:


For a 30 minute workout, you'll sure get a nice glute burn goin on at the end! Whew!

Love this one! Always makes my upper body sore the next day!

and! I'm gonna make some butternut squash mac and cheese! It's a day full of squash, but hey, it's October! It's supposed to be all things squash and pumpkin-related, right? haha
