Hi all!

Is it really Day 4 already? Woohoo!

We are done with the hardest (longest) workouts and all we have left are two “short” 45-minute ones! (interesting how the perspective changes haha)

And another great news – this one is not exactly the same principle of 8 sets of a same exercise! It has two exercises per 8-set cycle (AABBAABB) and I'm sure this will seem much faster :)
