Week 2 of FB Momentum! Goal Check-in

Welcome to FB Momentum WEEK 2, FB Fam!

Get ready, because this week we are introducing some level 4 difficulty workouts — starting with today’s Lower Body Strength and Cardio Workout. We know you’re ready for this step up, and have provided plenty of modifications to bridge that gap, if needed!

I’m curious, what’s your goal for the week?!

It can be anything from increasing your weights on squats, to locking in a better pre or post-workout routine, or getting at least 4 of the 5 workouts complete.

Day 8/SUN: Lower Body Strength with Cardio [Level 4 / 36 min]
DAY 9/MON: Upper Body Strength (Push) + HIIT [Level 3 / 35 min]
DAY 10/TUES: Upper Body Strength (Pull) + Core [Level 4 / 35 min]
DAY 11/WED: Mobility + Dynamic Stretches [Level 1 / 25 min]
DAY 12/THURS: Total Body Strength + HIIT [Level 3 / 35 min]
