Welcome to Week 4 of FB Momentum!

Hey, Team!

We’re rolling into Week 4 of FB Momentum 30 Day Program, the final week of the challenge, and it’s a strong one. If you’ve made it this far, take a second to appreciate that. You’ve built consistency, stacked some solid training time, and now we get to finish things off with one of the most well-rounded weeks of the entire program.

Here’s a quick look at what’s coming:

WEEK 4 SCHEDULE

Mental Focus: Relaxation — especially during high-intensity moments

We’ve got two Level 5 workouts on the schedule this week (Sunday and Thursday), both combining strength and conditioning to really challenge you. In between, you’ll find a solid mix of pull strength, cardio, core, and recovery work. It’s a smart and balanced layout to finish the week strong.

This week’s mental focus is about staying relaxed when things get tough. That might sound backwards when your legs are burning, and your heart rate is up, but it’s a skill worth practicing. Instead of tensing up or rushing through it, try slowing your breath and keeping your form steady. It helps you get more out of the workout without burning out.

Whether you’ve been with us since Day 1 or you’re just jumping in for a strong training week, this one brings plenty of challenge without feeling all over the place. You’ll push hard, stay focused, and finish feeling stronger, not wiped out.
