Over the next few weeks, you’ll get a mix of strength, cardio, and mobility workouts under 30 minutes so you can keep moving without it taking over your day.

Week 1 is about setting the tone and getting comfortable with the structure:

Each workout is designed to be approachable but still challenge you. You’ll notice familiar moves, straightforward circuits, and a balance of strength and cardio to help you ease into the program without feeling overwhelmed.

My biggest piece of advice this week? Just keep showing up. It doesn’t have to look perfect. Do what feels right for your body on any given day. If you need to go lighter, pause, or swap an exercise, go for it. You’re still putting in the work, and that’s what matters.
