For those who already suffer with me through various pulses, what do we have on today's menu?

5. FRIDAY'S UB

In this case, I do not recommend doing both ECs, as they are fully capable of being standalone workouts. In short, it's a bit much, so just to be on the safe side - take a pick.

I was surprised by how much I actually enjoyed this workout. I love the pulses! Iā€™m sure I will feel those tomorrow. For that reason and also because I promised to do a 1000 calorie monster tomorrow, I opted for EC2. It's my old-time favorite, I just love those posture exercises.
