Flexible fun community challenge

Hey FB family! Welcome to the flexible fun community challenge! Here you will find the workouts that will cover the week starting from the 13th till 19th July. The community challenge is all about improving our flexibility with stretching routines that will be for roughly 30 minutes a day. However I understand that many people may not have enough time/energy for stretching so I have also included a few shorter routines that are anywhere between 5-15 minutes long. Stretching for around 30 minutes is preferable however it is not always possible with our busy lives.

With this challenge you can do it in the morning, at midday, when you get back from work, whilst watching TV or even before you go to sleep. Many people do not have enough ‘me time’ so stretching can be a great way to get rid of your aches and pains but also calm you down after a stressful day. I know I will be listening to some podcasts whilst doing this challenge and I’m curious if you guys do the same or do you do this in complete silence?

Make sure to add these to your calendar and we will be all set for tomorrow! I will be creating a daily thread in order to help people stay accountable and motivate others. As a bonus I have saved some yoga memes and pictures to share each day just to make it a little more fun because who doesn’t love a good meme?
