Free 2 Week Workout Challenge
If you have a goal to get more consistent with your workouts, build lean muscle, and establish new healthy habits, this new Free 2 Week Challenge is for you. Whether you're a beginner, returning to fitness after a break, or are an experienced exerciser, these workouts will meet you at your level. The challenge includes a combination of strength training, HIIT or cardio, and mobility work. Low-impact modifications and more advanced progressions will be provided. All you need is an optional set of dumbbells for two weeks of smart, effective, and well-rounded exercise.
This challenge was designed by Kelli, with brand-new workouts and bonus videos created by our team of creators. Workouts will be released at midnight Pacific Standard Time on their designated days of the week. Jump into Day 1 now!
