The 2-Week FB Full Fusion Challenge is an action-packed, total body focused endeavor. With training styles ranging from HIIT to combination strength training, you will experience varying levels of intensity and training modalities with multiple ways to track your progress throughout the challenge. Workout durations range from 20 to 50 minutes, averaging 34 minutes a day. Bring a set of medium and heavy weights, a mat, and a positive attitude! Your main goal is to push yourself outside of your comfort zone (safely of course) and enjoy the process along the way.
