Hello, and Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!
I've got a curious little chickadee picture to share today! There's a horde of them that follow me around when I'm outside, and this little guy is one of the many. These chickadees know that I'm the one that fills the feeders, so they often "remind" me when they are in need of refilling (i.e. they swoop at my head). So yeah, here he is, acting all innocent and cute, and like he's never once dive-bombed my head lol.
So, how are you all doing today? Are you feeling good?
I'm much less frustrated than yesterday for sure! No more jerks to deal with (so far anyway. I mean, it's still early haha.)
I'm also pretty sore from Callie's Scenic Challenge! A lot of these workouts are ones that I haven't done in a very long time, and it's awesome to revisit them! (My muscles don't ever remember doing them either haha)

So that brings me to the important question of the day: are you guys working out today, or are you resting?
I'm getting my #WorkoutCompleteForK&D with Day 4 of the Scenic Challenge. It's an active recovery day, so that'll feel really good on these sore muscles.
And what about some good food for today?
I'm not 100% sure, but I think I heard the hubby mention "pizza" before he left this morning. I'm getting my hopes up that's what we're gonna have. You just can't go wrong with pizza.
