#ScenicFBChallenge Day 1!


Alright, FB family!

Welcome to day 1 of our Scenic FB Community Challenge!

In this challenge we are going to try and do all of the “scenic” workout routines. (Basically, everything that doesn't have the white background. All of the outdoor/indoor ones.) I thought it would be fun to change it up a bit, and to see all of the places where Daniel and Kelli have taken FB! Remeber, this is meant to be fun, so if you don’t like something, if it’s too much, not enough... do whatever works best for you! The main idea is to do all the scenic videos, be challenged and have a good time together!

Ok, so today is going to be total/lower body Hiit, with a lower body toning routine and little core routine. I’ve added a warm up and cool down, but feel free to do ones that are longer, you like better, etc. Looks like we have a whole variety of landscapes to enjoy today! Mountains, beaches, tropical islands... all sorts of pretty places!

This is roughly 52 minutes long, so a little on the longer side. Looks pretty tough, but hopefully it will be fun! Here’s the line-up for today’s workout:

As always, listen to your body and do whatever you need to during this challenge. There’s a lot of cardio and total body videos, so just do what you feel you are up for. Low impact, lighter weights, fewer videos... or maybe heavier weights, high impact, advanced modifications; whatever you need to do to make it work for you!
