Hey all! Congrats for reaching Day 5!

I love that thumbnail of the first workout! I imagine that’s how we will be feeling after completing this challenge. Happy, accomplished, proud and strong. (and relieved :)

Now… I haven’t really figured out how to handle the final check-ins. Do we call it “challengecomplete” today or not yet? :D Since there was an optional 6th day in the schedule. I’ll copy it here

But it’s optional. And not much to do with heavy tabataing we’ve been doing for 5 days. So feel free to shout “It’s done!!!” after this day’s workout(s), either here in the comments, or if you’d like to make your own celebratory post with pics, or after the 6th day if you’d like to give it a day to settle in, everything works!

I’m not feeling celebratory yet because I’m posting this before working out. And I do plan to try out one of the options for day6, so I’ll be making one more check-in tomorrow.
