Daily Check-in: Wednesday, May 30th

Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today? Excited to be about half-way through the work week?

So yesterday I was planning on doing this lower body workout:

but I just couldn't do it. I think the past few days of non-stop heat (and sweating) finally caught up to me. So I ended up doing this stretching routine instead:

And I rescheduled the lower body workout for today. Hopefully I can get it done.

We're hopefully going to have cooler weather by Friday, which will be a really nice reprieve after all this humid-heat we've been having. (And maybe it will be a break from the mosquitoes too! I hate those little disease-carrying blood suckers.)

So what do you guys have planned for today? Any workouts in particular that you're looking forward to?

Also, when it's hot like this, what kind of meals do you guys like to eat? I try to stick with things that don't require having the stove on for very long; so quick stir fry, eggs/veggies/toast, lots of fruit, and different kinds of salads. It gets kind of boring after a while though; so if you have any new recommendations about what to eat when it's warm out, I would love to hear them!
