Burpees lovers must-do

Well, I know burpees are not everyone's cup of tea, but I know there are people out there that enjoy them, too! I found this burpee madness workout, and now it's one of my favorites: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/burpee-madness-fitness-blender-100-burpees-workout-challenge

I was quite scared before doing it for the first time because the title is really intimidating. But it's a super fun workout! It's 10 repetitions of 10 DIFFERENT type of burpees, and most importantly, the recovery time in between sets is enough for you to catch your breath (25 seconds).
