Hello there! How are you feeling coming into the second and final week of Strong Many Ways with us?!
As we head into our final 5 workouts, you'll see similarities from the layout of week 1, except Patrice and I swap out themes. You'll be with Patrice for your two cardio core workouts and me for some lower, upper, and total body strength! What won't be changing is continuing to bring you different but complementary styles of training to build muscle, feel stronger, and move with confidence. Variety can exist while keeping an organized, methodical training pattern - and we're loving being able to bring this experience to you 🌟
Our hope is that throughout this challenge, you've been able to see that there's more than one effective path to a goal. Training should be fun (most of the time!) and something you look forward to.
