Wow, who is already seeing some improvements and feeling better after completing the first 3 workouts of the challenge? I know I could instantly feel the changes in how I carried myself as a result of making deeper mind-body connections to key posture muscles! The good news is, we're only halfway and there will be new opportunities to continue growing in week 2. Here's what to expect as we build on week 1:
In these workouts, you'll notice we add more dynamic by building on the foundation we've laid. Our muscles will work to hold posture with greater instability.
As we head into the second half of this challenge, I want to remind you that "Rome wasn't built in a day", and neither is "better posture built in 2 weeks"! When setting out to create this challenge, it was a top priority of mine to make sure these workouts could be integrated into your regular exercise routine (with careful adjustments), so you'd be able to come back to it periodically and consistently. Consistency is what makes lasting change, so continue to plug this challenge into your training throughout the year! As you do, you'll notice it feeling more second-nature to operate with better posture in everyday life.

Week 2 of Better Posture with Erica!
Day 4: Shoulder Control + Postural Strength: Maintain Stability While in Motion - L3, 29 mins
Day 5: Core Engagement with Movement: Maintain Posture While Moving - L4, 30 mins
Day 6: Total Body Posture Integration: Functional Strength, Stability, and Control - L4, 30 mins
In these workouts, you'll notice we add more dynamic by building on the foundation we've laid. Our muscles will work to hold posture with greater instability.
