Metabolic Express: Check-in + Trainer Tip!

Hey there challengers!

We are crusing right along on our 5-day Metabolic Express Challenge. How are things feeling so far?

I hope you're enjoying the efficiency, and intensity, of the workouts!

Express Upper Body Strength and Core

As you make your way through the challenge, I want to encourage you to stretch a bit outside your comfort zone. Since the workouts are short, leveling up your intensity is key.

Go heavier on squats that you've gone before, squeeze out a few extra reps, choose the harder variation that you've been nervous to do - all within safe bounds and limits for your body of course.

These short workouts are your testing grounds for more challenging work! Use it to your advantage. You might just surprise yourself!

Report back to me with an exercise that you increased your weight or intensity on this week! I'd love to hear it.

(Mine was picking up 20lb for bicep curls when I usually use 15lb!)
