I’d been looking for workouts that mimic the kind of training you might do at a gym (rep-based, more rest), but with the company of an FB trainer. The multi-minute EMOM workouts by Tasha were my answer!
I love the format of these workouts. The longer breaks let my muscles reset and get ready to push again, and the lower rep ranges give me the safety to pick up heavier weights.
I have made significant strength increases training with this format.
