New 10-Day Challenge! Expand with Tasha

Good morning FB Family!

I’m so excited to announce the release of my latest 10-day challenge, Expand with Tasha! We’re focused on heavy lifting, HIIT, and cardio for increased muscle size and strength.

This challenge is probably one of the hardest I’ve created/filmed and was designed as a progression to Build with Tasha and Powerful with Tasha. The strength training workouts are the main focus of each week, with three of the five workouts formatted and sequenced for heavy lifting. With so many opportunities to bump up your weight loads, this challenge can also serve as a great confidence builder and mood booster!

Here’s a sneak peek at the first week of training:
Week #1:

  • Day 1: Lower Body Strength EMOMs [Level 4-5]*
  • Day 2: Upper Body Strength EMOMs [Level 4-5]*
  • Day 3: Cardio & Yoga Active Recovery + Weighted Core [Level 4]
  • Day 4: Bodyweight HIIT & Cardio Circuits [Level 4]
  • Day 5: Total Body Power-Strength Sandwich Circuits [Level 4-5]*

(*workouts are rated as a level 4, but could arguably feel like a level 5 with higher weights/efforts)

We’ve got some longer duration, physically demanding workouts to tackle during this challenge! Listen to your body (and mind!) during each workout and adjust the schedule as needed.
