FB30: Building Consistency in WEEK #3 of the Challenge

What's up FB Fam?

How are we feeling heading into Week 3 of FB30 30 Day Challenge? Any favorite workouts so far? I'm excited for the next couple of weeks, starting with my brand new Lower Body Strength workout!

Lower Body Strength

This workout is all about supersets, subtle variations, and time under tension. This one really targets the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and even some core with smart progressions like offset squats, glute bridge marches, kickstand RDLs, and a spicy EMOM to finish. I promise this one sneaks up on you in the best way. Grab your weights and take your time, this is one of those sessions that rewards good form and intentional effort.

For this week, you can expect to build on the consistency you've already created! You’ll see a mix of strength, cardio, and recovery-focused sessions, which means there’s space to challenge yourself and room to breathe. So proud of you for showing up! 

If things are feeling harder this week, that’s part of the process, so be kind to yourself and most importantly, be proud of how far you've come!
