I would absolutely love more Pilates routines with added weights!
Total body Pilates routines focusing on abs/arms combos and arms/lower body combos, with weights + some resistance bands for the lower body, would be amazing! Would also love a Bored Easily format of arms, abs, lower body Pilates (again with some added resistance).
I love traditional Pilates but I’m really looking for some “tough” Pilates/power yoga routines that are still low impact for all my aches and pains.
Super grateful these routines from Amanda and Erica and would love to see more!
