New Plus Workout! Freestyle Lower Body Stretches

I have a wonderful change in pace for you today: 

Freestyle Lower Body Stretches

There are some days when you just need something low key, easy-to-follow, and mindless. This workout checks all of those boxes in just 20 minutes. It’s full of gentle mobility and flexibility exercises that promote healing, blood flow, and relaxation for even the busiest Blender.

The freestyle “workout with me” format started when Kelli needed a slight change in pace from her usual training and filming habits. You can check out the original workout for the upper body here, and here for the lower body. I had been hoping to plan my own freestyle filming session for several months now, but my schedule just doesn’t allow for much spontaneity lately. Luckily, I found a few free hours on a random Saturday and absolutely loved how this came together. I can’t wait to hear about your experience with this freestyle routine and hope you get as much relief from it as I did!
