New FB Plus Workout: High-Impact Bodyweight HIIT Workout with Tabata Cardio & Core Finisher

Hey FB Fam!

Today’s workout release is a fiery HIIT collaboration workout between myself (Nicole) and Kayla!

Descending Intervals HIIT With Tabata Cardio and Core Finisher

Since I’m at a point in pregnancy where this type of workout is not feasible, I wrote the workout while Kayla took the pleasure of instructing it (she rocked it!). I’ll be there with you in spirit and, best believe, this is something I can’t wait to tackle in several months.

The entire routine is bodyweight only and incorporates several high-impact movements, making the cardiovascular demand pretty high. It’s rated a level 5, but can be scaled to a 3 or 4 by taking the modifications Kayla offers.

You’ll want to come to this routine well rested and ready for a challenge. Overall you’ll feel like a powerful, sweaty athlete by the end.
