Your last workout of 2021 & first workout of 2022?

Happy New Year everyone! I am forever grateful for wonderful contents from trainers & experts and the encouraging community that I benefitted a lot in 2021. I wish and believe that 2022 will be another great year❤️

Just for the sake of fun, let's share your last workout of 2021 and the first workout of 2022!

Technically my first workout of 2022 is a famous total body stretching before bed (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/relaxing-total-body-stretching-workout-for-stress-relief-and-better-sleep-before-bed-stretches), as I did it after midnight. I haven't done this before and this seems quite different from other LB workouts. I can't wait to try!
