Should I Substitute This Workout?

Hey FBlenders,

I haven't been on here in a while, but I've been trying to get back into working out. Seems like that's my pattern. I become consistent and then life gets busy, and I take a very long break.

Anyway, I've schedule LI R2 into my schedule and I see that this workout is part of the program. I do not have resistance bands, only dumbbells. Should I try to do a different workout or try it without resistance bands? What do you all think?
