So, even though we don’t have a content release for you today, we did want to take just a minute to put out an important reminder (for us all!) that seems particularly relevant.
Don't be afraid to push yourself, but listen to your body.
We hope that you’re in a good place when it comes to listening to your body, but it takes time and a lot of practice, so don’t be discouraged. Do the best you can. Check in with yourself. Do what works best for you today. Repeat.
