Slow and gentle FINALE - Day 13

Hello everyone!

Today is the finale of my 2 week Slow and gentle routine! We finish with a total body stretching routine, which is a part of the free Flexibility challenge:

This 26 minute workout can be used on rest days or if you want to burn off some of your energy after another workout. I did this while Im waiting for my lunch in the oven, so that I utilise my time efficiently.:)

Im proud to say that I went on with this routine even if it was kind of boring of I was feeling lazy, and the fact I was walking you through this routine helped me keep accountable. Thank you for that. :)
